I'm Catholic myself and I don't see the problem here. The Sovereign is the Supreme Governor of the Church of England and the Coronation Oath requires the Sovereign to swear that he or she will be a faithful Protestant. This is a constitutional issue that only the British Parliament can address. In any event, it's about 300 years too late to take up the cause of the Stuarts and try to undo the Glorious Revolution and Act of Settlement.
